Qualities of a Leader
Part 3
Now that your group has produced one list that incorporates the best ideas from all your research, prepare a short presentation that lists:
the 5 essential qualities
definitions and/or explanations of each where necessary, and
human examples of each quality that best reflect it in action. These human examples can be fictional or read, historical or current, first person or secondhand (you know them personally or only know of them). You might also give a specific incident that has shown this person exemplifying that trait.
Prepare a handout for each person in class - make 25 copies and bring to class. This should be typed. I suggest using a 3-column form.
